These terms apply to your use of this website and to requests made through it. "Blueprint Digital", "we" and "us" refer to Blueprint Digital, a web design, hosting and maintenance studio based in Manitoba, Canada.

Requests and quotes

Submitting a project request is free and doesn't commit you to anything. It also doesn't oblige us to take on the project. If we do, we'll send you a written quote with the scope, price and timeline. Work only starts once you've accepted the quote in writing.

Prices

Prices on this website are starting points in Canadian dollars, before tax. The price for your project is the one in your written quote. Project payments are usually split into a deposit to start and the balance at launch. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, as set out in your agreement.

Your website and content

Your domain and the content you provide stay yours. The ownership of the finished design and code, and what happens if you move your site elsewhere, are set out in your project agreement.

Our work shown on this website

Projects shown on this website are sites we designed and built. Screenshots may not reflect the current version of each site.

Using this website

Please don't misuse the site, for example by submitting false requests or interfering with how it works.

Liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
