This policy explains what information Blueprint Digital ("we", "us"), a web design, hosting and maintenance studio based in Manitoba, Canada, collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the project request form:
- Contact details: your name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number.
- Your project: your business name, current website, the type of project, pages, features, budget, timeline and any notes you add.
We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other websites, and we don't ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare a quote and talk with you about your project.
- To keep a record of our conversations and any work that follows.
We won't sell your information, and we won't send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website, who process data on our behalf only as needed:
- Supabase: stores the requests submitted through the form.
- Resend: delivers the email notification we receive when you submit a request.
- Vercel: hosts this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means that service receives your IP address. We may disclose information if required by law.
Where your data is stored
Our providers may store and process data outside Canada, including in the United States, using recognised safeguards where required.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards, typically up to 2 years, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal requirements. Email lucamanaigre5@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
Requests are stored in a database that only our admin account can access, and all connections to this website are encrypted.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
